Yes, last-minute bookings are possible – as long as the studio or apartment is available, you can book until 10:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Kindly let us know your estimated arrival time via phone, WhatsApp, or email so we can organize your check-in as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Usually, we welcome our guests in person, show them around the property, answer any questions, and are happy to share our personal recommendations. If a personal check-in is not possible, our key box is available for you. In this case, you will receive a detailed information sheet or a check-in video in advance, so you can easily find your way even without a personal greeting.

Location, Arrival, and Surroundings
By Train
The Friedrichshafen Stadt train station is about 1,000 meters away. From there, you can reach us in approximately 20–25 minutes on foot. This station is served by various regional trains, including lines RE 3, RE 5, and RB 91.
By Bus
The nearest bus stop is Georgstraße, only about 180 meters away. From there, it takes around 3–4 minutes on foot to reach us.
The following lines regularly serve this stop: 6, 7586, 7587, 7547, R45, as well as line N3/R45 in regional traffic.
- Line 6 (Weidenring / Stadtbahnhof / Hafenbahnhof):
During the day, every 1–2 hours from the city or harbor station – for example, on weekdays between about 5:09 AM and 8:09 PM. - Line 7586 (Station – Harbor – Airport):
Operates daily, first departure around 8:44 AM, last departure around 11:07 PM. - Lines 7547 (Stations & excursion destinations) and R45 (e.g., Ravensburg) – also stop at Georgstraße, with regular connections during the day and evening.
- Lines 7587 and N3 complement the service – also stop at Georgstraße.
